Wat ga je doen?
What are the tasks and responsibilities? As a journey lead you are the content leader of our customer journey. We deliver a variety of technical services in- and around the home as a B2B2C company in the Telecom and Energy market. You understand the customers needs and can create a long-term vision on the customer experience. Together with a multidisciplinary team and cross-functional stakeholders, you shape the best (digital and non-digital) customer experience across all products, platforms and systems. Besides this, you use CX insights to initiate new strategic initiatives. You develop, prototype and test new service concepts and propositions in co-creation with our partners, based on the needs of the customers. Once validated, you use your program management skills for executing the necessary change to embed new service concepts and propositions.
Wie ben jij?
Who are you? With your creativity, conceptual thinking and inspirational ideas you raise the bar on customer experience (CX). You have a proven track record in the customer experience domain (journey mapping and consumer research) and multiple years of experience in a leading role and senior project management. You think inside out and you are able to blend your understanding of customer needs with your sense for market opportunities and profound IT knowledge. With your analytical skills you utilize customer insights and data to define new customer experiences. When facing challenging situations, you combine your swift problem definition skills with your entrepreneurial gut-instinct to make decisions. With your influencing skills you bring the different disciplines and stakeholders within the journey together. In addition, you have great verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
